Personal Skills Having worked with clients of various sizes and locations, Peer has a good understanding of the commercial realities faced by companies of differing sizes. An understanding of the roles which intellectual property can play in the success of a company allows Peer to provide commercially orientated advice to his clients. In addition to having had experience involving various forms of intellectual property litigation, Peer has had extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, registered design matters, as well as trade mark experience. Peer’s spoken German allows him to easily interact with the many German-speaking employees of the European Patent Office. Sector Experience Peer’s clients hail from a variety of different technologies such as semiconductor manufacture, communications technology, vending machine manufacture, mobile computer operating systems, mechanical devices, computer hardware manufacture and optics, among others. On a personal note... I am a keen swimmer and enjoy cycling when the weather permits. A recent interest in photography provides a good excuse to wander the streets of London, camera in hand. |
