Withers & Rogers is an organisation of more than 50 fee earners and about 115 people in total, spread over 3 offices, and its partners are committed to a gradual but steady expansion.  

As a result we have an annual requirement for graduates to begin training as patent or trade mark attorneys; the Firm may take on up to 6 trainees in one year, although 2 to 4 is a more usual number.

While the Firm tries to train its own professional staff wherever it can, it would be an unusual year in which there were not also some vacancies for part or fully qualified attorneys.

We also have a fairly frequent requirement for secretarial and other support staff.
