The Trade Mark Practice group serves a wide variety of clients seeking to protect and exploit their trade marks. These include a number of clients within the luxury goods, retail , financial , medical and leisure industry sectors.

Members of this group bring appropriate expertise and knowledge to this area. Some members have degrees in modern languages and others in law, coupled with in house experience in multi-national companies.

The group has a wide variety of skills and knowledge which allows us to deliver practical and commercial advice most appropriate to the needs of the client.
